Income limits: Single Occupancy- $20,300;Double Occupancy- $23,200.) Ammenities: screened porch, grill, picnic table, computers with internet access, Wifi in lobby, various activities. Small pets welcome. Dog park and community garden being installed. Lunch program through Senior Friendship Centers. Full time service coordinator aiding in further subsidy sub-missions for electric & phone. Rent is set at 30% of residents income. Further reductions are taken for out of pocket medical expenses, after verification. Security deposit is 30% of monthly income. Water & Sewer included.
