We are dedicated to providing people 50+ with quality health and dental services. We also serve as an important source of information on healthy aging in our rapidly growing community. Our clinic has highly qualified and credentialed licensed volunteer physicians and dentists supported by volunteer nurses, secretary and support personnel. Caring for patients and practicing for the sheer loved of medicine is their motivation. They work in close cooperation with the Collier County Health Department to provide health care to hundreds of patients each year. The clinic provides: Primary Care General physical examinations,including EKGs Referrals for lab work and X-rays at other local facilities General Dental services Medication Assistance Referrals to other local physicians if needed Monitoring of chronic illnesses, including diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease Health Screenings Patient Information The clinic is a Medicare provider and we use a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. Patient incomes must meet low-income guidelines. A brief telephone call in advance with your current income information is required to confirm your eligibility. Bring your medications, your insurance cards and any additional information which will assist doctors in treating you.
