New Beginnings is a seasonal program that operates normally from November to the end of May. Our program provides services to migrant and seasonal families at no cost to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age; first priority to children with special needs. We provide a holistic high quality early childhood education service, meals, and also transportation.
