Outreach for the homeless in the form of Charlotte County's only Mobile Outreach Program providing in-depth case management services along with a weekly mobile pantry. We provide clothing, tents, tarps, assistance with medical & mental health appointments and limited help w/prescriptions. We also help facilitate & transporting to short & long term rehab programs, transitional and permanent housing.
