Good Samaritans is a non-sectarian and a not-for-profit organization that offers emergency assistance to individuals and families who have been residents of Charlotte County for at least six months. Good Samaritans is there when emergency situations occur such as job layoffs, illness or raising prescription cost. Eligible residents can receive food from our pantry or financial assistance with utilities that are about to be "turned off".
