The mission of F.I.S.H. is to lend a helping hand to those in need on Sanibel or Captiva who live, work or visit here. This includes responding to all human service requests for help, including those who come to us for food from our food pantry / food bank, emergency financial assistance, non-emergency transportation for medical appointments on or off the islands, loaning of health equipment, a daily hot meals program, a back pack program and summer youth scholarships. Our objective is to make a social investment in our community that assists our neighbors to live independently with dignity in their homes.
