Patient Advocate Foundation's Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program provides direct financial assistance to qualified patients; assisting them with medication co-payments that their insurance requires. The program offers personal service to all patients through the use of CPR call counselors. The call counselor works directly with the patient as well as the provider of care to obtain necessary medical, insurance and income certification in an expeditious manner. Co-pay relief assists those diagnosed with: Autoimmune Disorders, Breast Cancer, Colon Cancer, Diabetes, Kidney Cancer, Lung Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Sarcoma, Malignant Brain Tumors, Head and Neck Cancers, Multiple Myeloma, Pancreatic Cancer, Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), Osteoporosis, Hepatitis C, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chemotherapy induced Anemia, neutropenia and Hepatitis C.
